We are in the Valley of the Moon, a ghostly, mystical and unusual landscape
in northern Chile.
The warmth of the red earth blends with the alcoholic reminiscence of the
Pisco sour (a typical South American cocktail) and the bitter notes of coca
leaves (a plant that is legally and habitually used by the native populations to
make up for the lack of energy due to the high altitude of the Andean
plateau).
