Are your perfumes 100% authentic?

Yes, every fragrance sold on Amber Lab is 100% authentic. All of our perfumes come directly from the brand itselfor through their authorized distribution channels, ensuring that every bottle you purchase is genuine and meets the highest quality standards.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high order volumes, most purchases are processed within 1–5 business days and delivered within 3–6 business days, depending on your location.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for perfumes, room sprays, and spray-based products only, if they are unused, unsprayed, unopened, and in original packaging. Candles, cosmetics, skincare, and testers are final sale. To start a return, email orders@amberlab.com with your order number, reason, and photos if needed. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, and a 10% restocking fee applies. Refunds are issued within 7 business days after inspection. Items showing signs of use, tampering, or missing original packaging will not be refunded. All returns undergo product verification to prevent counterfeit or altered items. Damages or incorrect orders must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
